Read A Review of Our Sports Bar
“A spacious bar in a high-ceiling room with rich colored wood, stainless steel, and tons of Duck memorabilia gives this sports bar a feeling of urban chic while still managing to remain friendly and casual. Many people come for the excellent microbrew selection, but the food must not be overlooked; this is no pub grub. With creative dishes such as the Stuffed Jalapeños, the Haystack Burger and delicious Sweet Chili Chicken Tacos, it’s clear that this restaurant has as much thought going into its menu and ingredients as it does into its 18 beers on tap.” – Melinda Martin/Fry Magazine
“Fun place to eat before or after a show at Hulk Center”
Great bar on one side and fine dining on the other side. Food is excellent and priced right for a family.
One of my favorite dining spots in Eugene, Oregon. Hubby had the fish & chips. It was fresh and tasty. I had the Chicken Cranberry Hazelnut Salad… it is a popular Surefire favorite.
“Fine pub food and more!”
This modest traditional restaurant features a large “sports bar” beside an unpretentious dining room. Food is of high quality and well prepared. Service has always been excellent. The food menu is well rounded, with something for most everyone. The pub side is robust with taproom offerings and TVs tuned to sports events. Nice place to watch a game 🙂
“Great neighborhood bar and restarant”
Cheap beer, good food, lots of televisions, friendly staff. Would highly recommend. We ate there 4 out of 5 days during our stay in the area.
“Nice ambiance, killer brunch!”
Nice ambiance, killer brunch! We ate here twice in the last month and both times were very good. Reasonably priced, food came out fast and hot. We’re making this part of or weekend excursions downtown!
“Fun local place with lots of TV's for games”
Fun local place with lots of TV’s for games…which is why we were there, too watch a Duck game. Downtown location with good food and local/microbrew beers on tap, plus cocktails. Friendly staff. Many hotels within walking distance.
“By Far The Best I Have Had!”
6th Street Grill Burger and Brew for $10 is by far the best I have had! Any beer and the burger comes with bacon, avacado, sauteed onions, portabella mushrooms, Swiss and cheddar with fries. Service with a smile and lots of laughter! Loves it <3
“Just Have to Say Nick Was Amazing”
First time in, just have to say Nick was amazing. Very helpful with the menu and to all are needs. The food was wonderful. My husband had the filet medallions and I had the filet mingon. Must say they were cooked to perfection.
“Best steak in Eugene”
The best place for steak in Eugene. Being from Chicago area I find Pacific Northwest steak dismal…..except for here! The best steak by far I’ve had in the ten years here in town. ( I love all the other foods, just not the steaks that Oregon offers ). This place offers a combination of good food and a decent bar with gracious staff.
“Neighborhood and travelers mingle happily”
A mere three blocks from our motel, we found this great spot for watching football and baseball, all the time dining on yummy crab cakes and a memorable burger. Service took a while as the place was humming, but we had the time and would certainly go again.
“Absolutely love this place. ”
It’s a must for football season, and a great stop any day of the year. Weekend brunch is fantastic – particularly the Chorizo Wrap and the Chicken Fried Sirloin. Double bloodies are excellent – ask Michael to add the asparagus for you! Speaking of Michael – he’s a great bartender, and works hard to make Sixth Street great. Friendly, remembers regulars, chats up the new folks, and makes great drinks. Hard to beat this place in Eugene.
